About Kevin
I have been a member of the Prescott community for over 30 years and I am proud to be part of the Prescott legacy. My family moved to Prescott in 1973 from Phoenix when my father became the director of the Sharlot Hall Museum. In my first years in Prescott we witnessed the expansion of the museum to it’s current size, and the moving of the “Bashford House” that began the slow transformation of Prescott from a sleepy little cowboy town to a vibrant historic and cultural icon of the southwest.
After graduating high school at Prescott High School in 1977, I joined the Army. I served four years in military. two years in Germany and two years at Ft. Bragg N.C.. After the military I attended Northern Arizona University and earned a Bachelors degree in Visual Communications, and a Masters degree in Elementary education. I taught elementary school for nine years in Northern Arizona before becoming a real estate agent in Prescott.
Since becoming a realtor I have consistently been a multimillion dollar producer, even receiving a Ruby Award in 1995 from Century 21 for total sales volume. Having closed over 100 transactions and over 18 million dollars in sales, I possess the knowledge and expertise to make sure your real estate transaction goes smoothly and closes on time.
